Typical Korean Food and Drinks

From some Korean food, Kimchi and Pulgogi is a very popular food in Korea or the world Internasional.Kimchi is typical of Korean pickles that are made of vegetable species such as the name implies:
* Yolmu Kimchi: Kimchi is made of radish
* Chongdap Kimchi: Kimchi is made from radish and radish leaves
* Sin Kimchi: Kimchi is made from chicory, if stored for longer taste more acidic
* Kaktugi: Types of Kimchi is made of radish
* Kimchi: Kimchi is made of white mustard
* Kat Kimchi: Kimchi is made of green cabbage


Types of Kimchi is always present in a special dish or meal everyday, such as vegetable, fresh vegetable and sauce in our country. Everyone loves Kimchi Korea, it seems not a day without eating Kimchi. Kimchi taste all the same type of acid(사워), a little salty(짠맛), and spicy(매운맛) fermented.

Pulgogi dish made of beef seasoned and then cooked. There are two kinds of ways to cook stir-fry pulgogi kinds and types of fuel. Type of fuel is very famous and is the special cuisine. Pulgogi not taste much different flavor of the Indonesian grilled beef.
There are several other types of food commonly served in Korea that we must know in order to easily search for suitable food.
* Samkyethang: a chicken soup filled with rice
* Kalbithang: beef rib soup
* Kimchiccige: vegetable kimchi + pork
* Twenjangcige: vegetable Tauco
* Sundubu: know + egg soup
* Takdorithang: chicken + potato vegetable
* Kamjathang: pork + potato vegetable
* Yuke: slices of raw meat
* Sengsonhoe: raw fish
* Ojingobokum: stir-fried squid
* Nakjibokum: stir-fried octopus
* Tongtak: fried chicken
* Ojingomuchim: Balado squid

  Most Koreans have a view that if we drink together get drunk no more secrets between them and their mutual trust and friendly. To relieve stress and tired, they are also used to go to a cafe or bar for a drink. Some Koreans argue that alcohol is a drug.
The types of liquor in Korea:
* Types of Soju: Cham isul (alcohol 24%), bekseju, mechisun, soljungme (alcohol 14%, respectively)
* Type Mekcu (alcohol 5% to 11%): cash, haite, obirago, peas, milo, white phodo
* There is also a type of wine and whiskey
