How to Working People of Korea

Every young Korean conscripts are required to attend (Gundae) that have a principle of obedience to the commands, never retreat, always report and became a number one. This principle is implemented in everyday life including at work. Things like this will be very good if imitated by us.

Until now most of us can not understand the nature and workings of Koreans. Korean people can be reprimanded or yelled immediate subordinates sometimes swore then and there. Things like this normal for the Korean people but to be unusual for the Indonesian people in general. Korean people, either with us or with an Indonesian fellow Koreans always admonish, remind, often cursing when subordinates make mistakes no matter how small.
